What this website is for

This site describes the optical and hearing care services provided at the practice, lets you request an appointment, and publishes plain-language articles about sight and hearing.

It is not a shop: nothing is sold or charged for here. Nor is anything diagnosed over the internet. What you read is general information and does not replace a consultation with a professional.

Terms of use

Using this site is free and requires no registration. In using it you agree to act in good faith: not to damage the site, not to try to reach non-public parts of it, and not to use its content for unlawful purposes.

We try to keep the information accurate and current, but it may contain errors or fall out of date. The owner may change or withdraw content at any time without notice, and does not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

Intellectual property

The text, photographs, design and code of this site belong to the owner or are used under licence.

You may print or save pages for your own use, and link to them from anywhere. Reproducing them commercially requires written permission.

The hearing aid, frame and lens brands mentioned belong to their respective owners. They are named only to say what the practice works with.

Nothing on this site should be read as a diagnosis or as a promise of a result. If you have symptoms, see your optometrist, your hearing care professional or your doctor.

The hearing check you can take on this site is a screening tool, not an audiogram. Its result is not a diagnosis and does not replace an assessment in the booth.

Governing law and courts

This legal notice is governed by Spanish law.

If a dispute arises and you are acting as a consumer, the courts of your place of residence have jurisdiction under consumer law. Otherwise the parties submit to the courts of Murcia, Spain.

If you are unhappy with the service you received, you may also contact the consumer affairs office of the Region of Murcia.
