Free eye test
The test is not charged for, and it is still not charged for if you decide at the end to buy nothing. We measure the prescription, examine ocular health and take the intraocular pressure.
You leave with your prescription in writing. It is yours: take it to another optician and compare quotes.
An appointment is needed. There are three of us and the room is busy for much of the day.
Free hearing assessment
An hour in a sound-treated booth, eleven separate tests, at no cost and with no obligation to buy. If what lies behind the problem is earwax, we tell you and the visit ends there.
If you already wear hearing aids, bring them even if you bought them elsewhere. Putting them through the test box and measuring what reaches your eardrum is free as well.
